Matt, the owner and operator of Diamond Shine Window Cleaning Services, completed his high school education in 2018 and is currently completing a degree in Computer Science at Oklahoma State University. After working for a number of companies including Reasors, Amazon, and Genesis Health Club, Matt came up with the idea of starting his own service-based company and launched Diamond Shine WCS toward the end of 2022. His aim is to provide high quality, yet affordable, residential, commercial, and new build window cleaning services to the local community. Matt’s goal is to meet and then exceed his customers’ expectations and to build a professional relationship based on integrity and trust. In his spare time Matt loves partaking in a variety of sports and health disciplines, some of which include boxing, soccer (football where from), and yoga. He also enjoys watching all sports, spending time with his family and his pet dog, Kahn.

Damola, who moved to Tulsa from Nigeria with his family in November 2000, has worked for Diamond Shine WCS since June 2023. He has however been a member of the extended Pearson family since 2011 when he and Matthew started playing on the same competitive soccer team (that over the years literally travelled the breadth of the country!) Damola graduated from Booker T. Washington in 2019 and after studying Business Administration at OSU he worked as a Project Manager at Tristar Glass in Catoosa. Damola is passionate about helping and being of aid to others and loves the fact that being a part of the Diamond Shine family gives him the opportunity to do this. He loves transforming a dirty window and making it look like new again and also building relationships with his customers and offering a listening ear when needed. Damola loves all outdoor activities particularly longboarding and playing pickup soccer. He also enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and pet pug Luna.

Jan has been working for Diamond Shine Window Cleaning Services since its launch in 2022. She comes with a wealth of customer service experience having worked for a number of companies in England including National Westminster Bank, Cable & Wireless, British Automotive Services, and Porsche Cars GB. Since moving to the USA in 2008, Jan has worked as office and finance manager for the family’s warehousing and distribution company. Jan’s main responsibilities within Diamond Shine WCS are office bound but from time to time you will find her out in the field helping perform Diamond Shine Window Treatments which she thoroughly enjoys. Jan has been married to Ken for over 25 years and Matthew is their only son. In her spare time, Jan loves to play soccer, look after her Rottweiler Penny, knit and spend time with her family and friends.

Ken has been involved with Diamond Shine Window Cleaning Services since its conception in 2022. He works alongside Matthew in a business development capacity and has helped shape the vision of the company. Ken is currently the COO at Total Gym Commercial and has been in the fitness industry for over 40 years focusing on operational, sales, and marketing capabilities. He enjoys all kinds of sporting activities (you will often find him at the local health club working out) as well as spending time with Jan, Matthew and his beloved dogs!
